When you request a setup check, we collect the name, business, email, callback number, phone setup, service interest, and optional notes you submit. We use this information to respond to your request and evaluate installation fit. It is sent through our email delivery provider to our business inbox. It is not used as consent to send marketing texts.

Security and service providers

Our form uses a security challenge to reduce abuse. We use hosting and email delivery services to operate the site. They process submitted information to provide those services. We do not sell setup-request information.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests only while needed for follow-up and ordinary business records, then remove them. You can ask us to access or delete the information you sent by replying to the email you receive from us. If we have not replied, submit a setup request with “Privacy request” in the notes, or use the contact address in your business correspondence. Please do not submit client records or private payment information in this form.

Live website demo and client call data

If you start the live browser demo, your microphone audio is sent to Retell AI to provide the real-time voice conversation. Retell may process call data under its own terms and privacy practices. Whether calls are recorded, transcribed, or retained depends on the agent and provider settings; do not share sensitive personal information in the demo. The scripted examples do not capture audio. For client installations, recording, transcription, retention, notices, and recipient access are agreed with each business before routing live customer calls. The business remains responsible for its caller notices and applicable call handling requirements.
